Float therapy is most commonly referred to as sensory deprivation therapy because it allows all five senses to rest. We simply call it floating! At our studio we put you in control of your session. We don’t believe you have to remove all sensory inputs entirely to experience benefits. This may mean you like to have the pool lights on or off, ceiling lights on or off, or just go for it and be in pure darkness! We make the question of music or no music easy because in our experience people do best with no music. We also are licensed to have 2 people per tank, so you may float with a partner, if that is what make you feel most comfortable. We just want you to develop your float practice.
Float Therapy
We have state-of-the-art float tanks in two styles: float cabin or open pool. Float therapy is one of the best ways to relieve stress and reboot the mind.
Massage Therapy
Our Therapeutic Massage is customized to your specific needs using light pressure, deep pressure, or a mixture of both for muscle tension relief.
MLS Laser Therapy
MLS laser therapy uses a multiwave, fully robotic laser to significantly reduce pain and inflammation, and promote soft tissue repair.
Pelvic Floor (Emsella)

Our float therapy & emsella wellness center was born during a dinner conversation in 2017. I was an unintentional stay-at-home mom looking to start a new business. I spent over a decade cultivating and implementing a peaceful and mindful home. Why not take it to the next level and do the same for my community? Since that fateful dinner conversation, I have been researching, planning and cultivating a remarkable experience for the Jacksonville community.

I have been going to physical therapy which has been helping, but I was still searching for something that could help me more. I saw an ad for an introductory Emsella treatment and I thought why not. I’ve heard of this treatment before and how it helps so I booked it. I waited to schedule any further treatments because I wanted to know how it would make me feel…if I’d be able to tell any difference even with just one. I called the next day to purchase the treatment package. I’d been struggling with constipation. I drink plenty of water, keep a good diet, exercise, take magnesium and I still couldn’t use the restroom daily. And it’s so important with prolapse. The day of my first treatment I used the restroom 3 times! And Ive been able to go regularly without strain every day since. I used to feel a bulge all of the time, made worse with exercise. That was one of the first things I noticed felt better. I couldn’t believe it but it helped with dryness so much! I didn’t even know that would be a benefit. I started the treatments and I noticed more benefits as I went. Sex became less painful. I could cry how much that has blessed my marriage. I thought it might be in my head but even my lower stomach started to firm up and pull in. I would recommend this to anyone. Especially any mother. We go through so much physically and it affects us entirely. I’m so thankful to feel better about myself and more like myself in such a short time. The office is open 7 days a week so it’s been easy to get the appointments done on schedule. Everyone I’ve met has been so kind. But I have been able to accomplish this when I float. I fell asleep! I was finally able to relax and let everything go. It has been the most relaxing experience. I will definitely continue to make this part of my self care time. Let me also include how nice the staff is. The facility is a peaceful and relaxing environment. They've really done a great job creating the experience of relaxing.
